Teresa Henry is a contemporary artist and art teacher based in Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga, specialising in expressive watercolour and acrylic painting.
Her work explores the relationship between the natural world, personal experiences and emotion, using colour, movement and the fluid qualities of paint to create distinctive original artworks.
Animals, particularly horses, feature in her portfolio alongside landscapes, figurative subjects and abstract compositions.
Equine & Animal Art
Teresa has created a collection of expressive horse paintings that explore the character, movement and presence of these remarkable animals.
Rather than focusing solely on photographic realism, her paintings use colour, texture and fluid brushwork to capture the atmosphere and emotional qualities of their subjects.
Her equine artworks include paintings such as Presence, Contained Fire and Curiosity.
Her wider collection also includes other animals, including cats, as well as nature-inspired and abstract subjects.
Original Watercolour & Acrylic Paintings
Teresa works in watercolour and acrylic, producing everything from intimate paintings on paper to large-format canvases.
Her artistic approach combines observation with experimentation, allowing pigments, water and colour to contribute to the finished composition.
Original paintings are available to view and enquire about through her online gallery.
