La Sonrisa – Coaching with Horses

La Sonrisa – Coaching with Horses offers equine-assisted coaching and personal development experiences at Finca La Sonrisa in Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga.

Working alongside horses in a natural outdoor environment, participants are encouraged to explore personal challenges, relationships, communication and emotional awareness. Horses respond sensitively to body language and behaviour, providing opportunities for reflection and personal insight.

Sessions are suitable for individuals seeking greater self-awareness, confidence and clarity, as well as those interested in exploring family relationships or professional challenges. No previous horse experience is necessary, and activities generally take place on the ground rather than on horseback.
