The property includes individual paddocks designed to provide horses with outdoor space and practical feeding facilities.

Paddock features include:

• Individual turnout areas.
• Automatic water drinkers.
• Feeding troughs.
• Hay boxes.
• Regular cleaning and maintenance.

These facilities allow horses to spend time outdoors while maintaining individual feeding and management arrangements.

Turnout routines should be discussed directly with the yard, as they may depend on the horse's needs, weather conditions and the selected livery package.

Dressage Arena and Riding Facilities

K&B Dressage offers dedicated riding facilities suitable for dressage schooling and general equestrian training.

The main dressage arena measures approximately 60 × 20 metres and features an all-weather geotextile riding surface.

The arena is also equipped with floodlighting, providing additional flexibility for riding during shorter daylight hours.

A second fenced riding arena measures approximately 40 × 20 metres.

Facilities include:

• 60 × 20 m floodlit dressage arena.
• All-weather geotextile riding surface.
• 40 × 20 m fenced riding arena.
• Cavaletti and schooling equipment.
• Preparation areas for horses and riders.
• Outdoor horse showers.

These facilities provide a practical environment for horse owners wishing to school their horses and maintain a regular riding routine.

Lunging and Groundwork Facilities

The yard includes an approximately 18-metre-diameter round pen suitable for lunging and groundwork.

The round pen provides a separate area for working horses from the ground without occupying the main riding arenas.

Depending on the horse's needs and the owner's training programme, the facility may be used for:

• Lunging.
• Basic groundwork.
• In-hand exercises.
• General schooling and exercise.

The availability of professional instruction or horse training services should be confirmed directly with K&B Dressage.

Horse Care and Yard Amenities

K&B Dressage provides practical facilities intended to support everyday horse management.

In addition to its stables, paddocks and riding arenas, the property offers:

• Secure tack storage.
• Individual storage lockers.
• Laundry facilities.
• Horse preparation areas.
• Outdoor washing facilities.
• Stable and paddock maintenance.

These amenities help horse owners organise their equipment and care for their horses during visits to the yard.

Countryside Riding Near Ronda

K&B Dressage is situated in the rural area of Los Prados, near Ronda, surrounded by the landscapes of the Serranía de Ronda.

According to the centre, countryside riding routes can be reached in approximately 15 minutes on foot from the property.

The surrounding area offers opportunities for horse owners to enjoy riding outside the arena and explore the local countryside.

Access to specific routes, suitability for individual horses and current riding conditions should be checked locally.

K&B Dressage should not be confused with a commercial trail-riding operator; its published services primarily concern horse boarding and equestrian facilities.

Dressage and Equestrian Environment

As its name suggests, K&B Dressage has a particular emphasis on facilities suitable for dressage riding.

The full-sized dressage arena, additional riding arena and groundwork facilities make the yard appealing to owners who wish to train and exercise their horses regularly.

The facilities may be suitable for recreational riders as well as those pursuing more structured dressage schooling.

However, the availability of professional dressage lessons, horse training, competition preparation or visiting instructors should be confirmed directly with the business.
